Common True Bugs
Boxelder Bug
Appearance: Gray-brown to black with red lines on the under surface and lower portion of the outer wings.
Behavior: Primarily feeds on boxelder trees and may occasionally enter households in early summer.
Stink Bug
Appearance: Greenish, brownish black, occasionally yellowish or gray, about 1/4 inch long.
Behavior: Causes damage to seed crops and can enter homes, becoming nuisances.
Aphids
Appearance: Various types, sizes, and colors, including black cherry aphids, pea aphids, green peach aphids, rose aphids, and apple aphids.
Behavior: Found on vegetables, tree crops, and ornamental plants, causing damage.
Risks and Control:
