​What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity, entry points, and risk factors.

  • Identify pests and determine appropriate treatment plans.

  • Apply pest control products safely and effectively in compliance with regulations.

  • Provide preventative recommendations to customers.

  • Complete service routes efficiently and on schedule.

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

  • Maintain equipment, vehicle, and professional appearance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience

  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives

What We’re Looking For

  • Washington State Licensed Pest Control Operator (PCO)

  • Previous pest control experience required

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

  • Able to work indoors/outdoors and in crawl spaces, attics, etc.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
