What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity, entry points, and risk factors.

Identify pests and determine appropriate treatment plans.

Apply pest control products safely and effectively in compliance with regulations.

Provide preventative recommendations to customers.

Complete service routes efficiently and on schedule.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
-
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
-
Maintain equipment, vehicle, and professional appearance.
Compensation & Benefits

$18–$23 per hour, depending on experience.

What We’re Looking For

Previous pest control experience preferred but not required.
-
Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Reliable and punctual.
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Able to pass background and driver's background check.
-
Able to work indoors/outdoors and in crawl spaces, attics, etc.
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.+
