What pests do you treat in Spokane and surrounding areas?
We treat common pests found in Spokane including ants, carpenter ants, fleas, spiders, wasps, hornets, mice, rats, cockroaches, and seasonal invaders. If you're unsure about a specific pest, we can identify it during an inspection.
How often should pest control be done?
Quarterly pest control services are recommended (every 3 months). Quarterly services targets pests during their most active seasons saving you from major problems and preventing infestations.
How do mice and rats get into homes and properties?
Mice and rats can enter through small gaps in siding, vents, foundations, and utility lines. Mice can squeeze through openings as small as a quarter.
Do I need to leave my home during pest treatments?
In most cases, no. You can remain in your home during treatment. If a service requires temporary absence, we will let you know ahead of time and provide clear instructions.

As temperatures drop, pests such as rodents, spiders, and insects move indoors seeking warmth and food.
Do you treat the inside or outside of the home or property?
We offer both exterior and interior services. Interior services and treatments are given upon customer request or if it's needed to eliminate an infestation.
Do you guarantee your services?
Yes. We offer a Pest-Free Guarantee warranty on all our services. We offer a limited time warranty. If anything other than the occasional bug returns within 60 days from the date of service, we will re-treat if we deem it necessary..
